The III-A is happy to host an onsite Wellness Screening on Wednesday, June 7th from 3-7pm at Nampa PD, Baker Room – at no cost.

Additional details:

• Employees & spouses on the III-A medical plan may participate.
• All results, along with educational material, will be mailed to the
  Agency (in sealed envelopes) to be distributed within 2 weeks.
• Those with concerning elevated results will receive a follow-up call
  from the Nurse Practitioner.
