EAP is a voluntary program that offers FREE counseling and confidential sessions for III-A members and their families.

No prior authorization is required
Members, spouses, and dependents are eligible to receive 10 counseling sessions, per incident, per calendar year at no cost!

III-A also offers additional EAP resources, including FREE will preparation, legal guidance, financial resources, and more.
If you are looking for a mental health provider for a child 17 or under, you can utilize Blue Cross of Idaho’s In-network Providers, and there will also be no co-pay.
