The purpose of this meeting is to provide a space for III-A agency-trained Peer Supporters from all ranks and positions within the workplace (full-time or volunteer basis) to connect with peers who are experiencing a variety of life crisis situations, who feel comfortable talking to someone that has “been there” and understands what it is like to work in their jobs.

A very important part of this discussion will be your input and feedback on what you would like these check-in meetings to look like in the future as well as the frequency needed so your peer support program can be successful.
