The III-A is happy to host an onsite Wellness Screening & Flu Shot Clinic on Thursday, October 27th from 9:30am-11am at MID – at no cost to the member.

Employees & spouses on the III-A medical plan may participate and dependents age 12 and over may receive a flu vaccine. No fasting is required.
