The III-A is happy to host an onsite Wellness Screening & Flu Shot Clinic at no cost to the member on: Wednesday, October 26th from 11:30am-2:00pm at Ketchum City Hall (3rd floor)

Employees & spouses on the III-A medical plan may participate and dependents age 12 and over may receive a flu vaccine. No fasting is required.
