All III-A members on the medical or mental health plans are invited to attend any onsite mental health training that a III-A agency hosts.  This class is designed to raise awareness of burnout and compassion fatigue for public professionals. You will learn methods to minimize burnout and effectively cope compassion fatigue.

Training Objectives:
• Identify signs of compassion fatigue, vicarious trauma, and burnout
• Learn about symptoms and associated behavior patterns
• Create strategies to regulate stress and healthy decompression activities
