The III-A is happy to host an onsite Wellness Screening & Flu Shot Clinic at no cost to the member on: Wednesday, October 19th from 11:00-1:00pm at old Victor City Hall (32 Elm Street)

If this time doesn’t work, you may also attend at Teton Fire Station (911 N Hwy 33, Driggs):

Tuesday, October 18th from 3:00-5:30pm

Wednesday, October 19th from 9:00-10:00am

Employees & spouses on the III-A medical plan may participate and dependents age 12 and over may receive a flu vaccine. No fasting is required.
