The III-A is happy to host an onsite Wellness Screening & Flu Shot Clinic at no cost to the member on Wednesday, October 5th from 11am – 2pm at Hayden City Hall. 

Employees & spouses on the III-A medical plan may participate and dependents age 12 and over may receive a flu vaccine.
