$50 in Wellness Rewards — Your Way

Every covered member, spouse, and dependent 18+ can earn $50 in wellness rewards every calendar year — redeemable as a gift card from the retailer of your choice.

And there’s more than one way to get there. Completing a health assessment, joining a wellness challenge, logging activity, or connecting a device can all move you toward your reward — it’s not just about one challenge.

How to Register

On your phone:

1. Search “IIIA” in the Apple App Store or Google Play

2. Download and open the app, then enter access code III-A

3. Tap Register and enter your first name, last name, date of birth (MM/DD/YYYY), and zip code

4. Use your email address as your username

On desktop:

1. Go to healthhub.iii-a.org

2. Click Register Now

3. Complete the registration fields — no access code needed

Watch for a verification email from [email protected] — check spam/junk if you don’t see it.
