Health Coaching

As one of your enhanced III-A benefits … you can utilize health coaching at NO COST with III-A. Health coaching includes nutrition, physical activity and exercise, stress management, sleep, weight loss/maintenance, diabetes prevention, blood pressure, and/or cholesterol management, and tobacco cessation. Mental Health Trainings

III-A exclusively partners with Shift Wellness in Idaho. Shift Wellness is III-A’s mental health consultant. Together, III-A brings mental health trainings onsite and virtually to members. A training can be requested at any time from an agency.

Health Challenges and Drawings

III-A regularly holds health challenges that promote physical and mental health. Those that follow the rules of participation can be entered into a drawing and the winners will be announced on social media. Watch our calendar for the current challenge!
