Simple, Confidential Process:

  • Choose a provider from the III-A EAP Provider Directory
  • Schedule your first appointment
  • No prior authorization is required
  • Members, spouse, and dependents are eligible to receive 10 counseling sessions, per incident, per calendar year at no cost!
  • It’s OK to ask for help!

 

If you are currently seeing a provider or wish to see a provider who is not listed on the III-A EAP Provider Directory, please the III-A Benefits Line at (208) 938-8199.

III-A also offers additional EAP resources, including FREE will preparation, legal guidance, financial resources, and more.
